Small to medium civil construction subcontractor needs someone to manage several projects in the Brisbane area.  You will have experience managing projects over $10m preferrably with experience in road and bridge construction. 

Knowledge in all aspects of construction of large c oncrete structures is necessary such as completing JSA\'s, liaising with the client, ordering materials, overseeing formwork, steelfixing and concrete crews, tracking costs, submitting monthly claims and understanding contracts.  Some experience in estimating would also be highly regarded.

The successful candidate ideally will have:

-  tertiary qualifications in civil engineering

-  5 yrs + experience in managing civil construction projects preferably with some experience in road and bridge construction

-  strong communication skills and a sound knowledge of MS Office applications
